Dr. Rolf Hoefer founded Cultur3 Numomo AG to create a durable operating base for digital brands, research-led media, publishing, and e-commerce work. Its most recent brand, Skin Insights, focuses on evidence-based skincare.
The broader direction is to originate and operate research-backed brands, editorial products, and commerce businesses from one coherent platform.
Dr. Rolf Hoefer holds a Ph.D. from INSEAD, and a B.A. and a B.S. from the University of Southern California. He is a best-selling author (first book sold >100,000 copies) and has spoken at various universities including Harvard, Stanford, and KAIST.
